The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way we live and perceive the world. More than ever, it's showing us the importance of community and how we can adjust to support each other in new ways.

That's why we have converted some of our fleet to support charities and food distributors during the pandemic and we're working to collect donations for the incredible NHS staff who are working on the front line at University College London Hospitals (UCLH).

Yesterday, we answered a call to help the ARUP Group, a design and engineering consultancy that donated tea and coffee to UCLH, making a real difference cup by cup!

We’re working to collect more donations for the incredible NHS staff who are working on the front line at UCLH, providing first-class acute and specialist services in six hospitals in central London.

If you’re closing down your business due to the coronavirus lockdown, please get in touch if you have any of the following for us to collect from you:

Essential items:
Tea, coffee, Long life milk and boxed juices, facial tissues, biscuits, healthy snacks, such as protein bars, fresh fruit, phone chargers.

Wellbeing items:
Hand & body lotion, lip balm, essential oils, eye masks, earplugs and earbuds, stress balls, self-massage rollers.

Please get in touch with us if you have any office surplus you wish to donate by emailing customers@thefirstmile.co.uk.
